Millstream Apartments represent an affordable housing community supporting Washington Township's fair share-housing obligation.

Ninety-six affordable family apartment units completed in June 2000.

This new construction project is comprised of 16 one-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom, and 20 three-bedroom units.

The development includes a community building, central laundry and recreation areas.

Funding was provided by:

• NJ HMFA Tax-Exempt Bonds
• Washington Township 1% Loan
• 4% Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits
