Acquired in 2001 by Conifer, this project was in significant disrepair and experienced high vacancies and delinquencies.

A comprehensive apartment rehabilitation and the construction of a new community center, complete with administrative offices, community space and kitchen have contributed to the complete transformation of this development into a safe, decent home for the residents.
