College Greene is part of a senior living community in a planned unit development in the western suburbs of Rochester, New York.

There are 110 mixed-income independent living units with supportive services for seniors. Eleven units are market rate with no income restrictions; the balance are affordable.

The apartment community was completed in 1995.

Supportive services are coordinated by a local non-profit health system to assist with activities of daily living and allow aging-in-place.

Services are available in the large community room adjacent to the main lobby.
