Conifer-LeChase Construction, LLC (“CLC”) is a joint venture of Conifer Construction, LLC and LeChase Construction Services, LLC. Each of these companies is a 50% owner of CLC.

Conifer Construction has over 15 years experience in affordable housing and construction thereof. Conifer Realty, LLC, the sole member of Conifer Construction, was formed in 1975 and specializes in the development and management of high-quality, affordable housing communities. Since inception, it has developed nearly 200 properties and 15,000 apartment units. As a General Contractor, Conifer Construction has completed nearly 60 LIHC financed projects.

LeChase Construction is a full-service construction management and general construction firm with over 60 years of extensive experience in many sectors of the industry. LeChase is well recognized for its strong commitment to superior quality, innovative solutions and safe practices. Widely recognized as one of the nation’s top contractors, LeChase employs over 200 people in management and administrative positions while the field crew averages 300.

The joint venture brings together the depth and breadth of the LeChase organization’s overall construction expertise with Conifer Construction’s extensive knowledge of affordable housing construction.
