Conifer Realty Announces New Vice President of New Jersey Development Division
Mount Laurel, NJ, September 20, 2007 – Conifer Realty, a leading affordable housing development and management company in the northeastern four-state region, announced today that effective October 1, 2007 Charles M. Lewis, Esq. will join the Company as a Vice President in its Mount Laurel, New Jersey office.
In this role, Mr. Lewis will be responsible for all of Conifer’s real estate development activity in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Andrew Crossed, Vice President, will relocate from Medford, New Jersey to Rochester, New York where he will head up the Company’s development activities in Maryland, Central Pennsylvania and all of New York State.
Mr. Lewis, a graduate of Temple University School of Law, brings nearly 25 years of affordable housing development experience to Conifer. “We are extremely pleased to have Charlie join our team,” said Timothy D.
