In 2000, the management team of Conifer purchased the affordable housing division of Home Properties of New York, Inc. The resulting private company, with offices in Rochester and Albany, New York, Camden and Woodbridge, New Jersey as well as Erie, Pennsylvania, brings to each and every project a wealth of knowledge, a dedication to quality, and a commitment to identifying and implementing the most appropriate development options.

The principals lead a team of over 425 highly skilled staff with experience in finance, design, development, construction, and management of quality affordable housing.
