I am pleased to write this recommendation on behalf of Conifer Realty, LLC. Conifer was the redeveloper of the Centre Street Redevelopment in Merchantville Borough.
The redevelopment took place on a heavily contaminated brownfield site in the center of the Borough. Conifer worked with the State Department Environmental Protection to remediate the property of residential standards. They also worked closely with the Borough on implementing the redevelopment plan.
After clearing and remediating the site, Conifer constructed a 72 unit, mixed-income apartment complex for senior citizens and 10 market rate, for sale townhouses. The completed buildings are beautiful and have made an important contribution to the resurgence of downtown Merchantville.
It was a delight to work with Conifer. They are honest, professional and always responsive to the Borough. This was true while they were developing the site and it continues today with its management of the buildings.
I can recommend Conifer without qualification.
